i tried to dearch for it getting an error so i will ask.is there any good tutorials for makeing a head texture from a photo and were can i get some photos to do this besides 3d.sk and fineart?

Eric Maslowski has done some very helpfull video tutorials.

and as for finding photos of faces, all you need is a digital camera and some friends :)
