Awesome! What FREE software would you suggest that's easy to use for rigging characters? I've modeled some stuff in Wings, and I tried rigging it in Anim8er... but I just can't get it...

well to me nothing beats character studio 4 with skin. I just cant get along without it. I am not big into rigging or animating, so anything that can be done for me, Im all for that! hehehe.

Well, I really meant, anything that would enable me to pose an already made character.

thats what I mean. Character studio allows you to drag up a pre rigged skeleton to the height you need it, pose one side, copy that pose to the other side, so it fits, and then do a bind, and then edit the envelopes. It makes it so you dont have to custom build your own rig. for those animation types, the custom rig is worth it, but for me, I just like the ease of use.

Do I need Max to use it or is it a stand-alone?

very nice, looks very human, but IŽd say the lips are a bit to red, compared to the whole face.

:x, how can u comment on the face, it looks exactly like yourself, did you drew the texture? or took a picture of your very own face O_o, comming along good eh!

I have been struggling with the lips, this is like the 5th hue shift I have done, and I like it, but it is still not there.
Metal me solid, this is all hand painted. not a photo
