Depends,don't think that Vbb will make that a link tho :)
Anyways,all you need is some kind of IRC client,like Mirc or Ircle or something like that,
get a console window,type in "server irc.freenode.net",
and then just wait for it to connect.
Then set yer nickname by doing "nick <nickname>".
Then,join the room by typing "/join #mirai" to join the channel.
