I found this one ( http://www.tools4d.com/GhostingFX/images/walking_camera_blured.mov ) from Paul's site ( http://www.tools4d.com ), it seems another cool post effect plugin!

Looks a bit like 'TimeEcho' in AfterEffects to me? I could be mistaken...
