I'm working on this painting of one of my OCs, Naeda. I'm trying really hard to make this one good, and already it's one of the anatomically best digital drawing's I've ever done.
I'm not sure about the denim texture. I'm thinking it's too distracting, maybe. Maybe if I scaled it down and lessened the opacity.
I'm not sure if the eyes are too... separated from the head. Right now they look more like they're on top of the face rather than in it, but I don't know if that's a bad thing.
Also, I keep thinking her lips are too old for her. Will look for refs on that.
Any and all crits are welcome. I'm not too used to lineless drawing, so this is very new for me. I'm also experimenting with having colored shadows.

i really like it.

it has personality and i noticed it as soon as i saw the top image. when i scrolled down to the third one it was really obvious. i never felt the eyes were too far apart and even if they were i don't think it would bother me because the style i think would allow for it.

i'm not bothered too much by the texture of the denim but the face to me looks a little flat. maybe work the edges of her face a little more but other than that the work looks sharp.

I say ditch everything and go back to your first image. That is SO sweet and lovely as an image. The second one gets too drawn and lean looking, like a version of one of the Olsen twins...The eyes are not as engaging, and the hair looks hard...And yes, the denim texture is way too large, more like a coarse burlap weave. You may find tiling artifacts when you reduce it, if so you can clone stamp over them to eliminate the odd lines you will see.

It appears that your shadows are also a bit too large, which emphasizes the curves of her face in an aging manner.
The darker the lips, the older she will appear. You want the barest hint of a pale mauvey color...
