*WARNING* Typical guy post..
The breasts look awkward, like they're misshaped. But it's really hard to tell from that screen... maybe a different angle and wireframes would help. Also, I agree that it would be helpful to know what exactly you're trying to do and what you feel you need help with.

can you post a shot from the face?
I donīt think the breast is misshaped, or is it? I canīt really say from this angle, but for me, they look natural from here (me doesnīt like sillycone balloons...)
which app?
yea...you don't have to make giant tatas for them to be "Right" I like the natural look too....not so much a fan of the comic boobies...you know...super huge and pointing north...hehe...i too would like to see a face shot...

in the beginning i was thinking on giving it a little gothic style but i dunno what textures i should use... and i would have to learn UV mapping.. i havnt taken the time to learn myself that yet.. but now when i dont have to go to school anymore i should finally have the time.. hopefully these shots show what you wanted..:arteest:

As I said, the form of the breasts are OK!
The nose needs a little work in my opinion. It is a bit outstanding or something. I also see that these are not only quads, maybe that isnīt a real problem I dunno.
If you have money, I highly recommend to use bodypaint for texturing, a very niceprog, very easy to use and quite nice results!
Take a look at my head (textured with BP-first attempt using the prog) and feel free to make your critics. Thx!

Nice Pose! Maybe she needs a little work with the pose of the hands and fingers.
It seems that the pic will get a sad mood, am I right?

All shapes and sizes, quite true. However, with that dress, the fabric would be squishing them a bit. A bodice of this type -- strapless, with full cover -- tends to have a stiffened form, pushing the bosom up to create or enhance cleavage. I think that breasts hanging as they are here typically result from a looser bodice with straps. Either way, a convex curve neckline is VERY rare, and usually comes in a dress that downplays the bust for one reason or another.
Where are her knees? The dress is tight to her thighs and shins, so the fabric would show the kneecap, right?
The rest is perfect, as far as I'm concerned.
