i know how to make "only color" and "Bump" effect
but i dont know what is "difusse mapping"(is it Displacement)?
and what is "ccentricty and specular", how to do it(use which tool)?

just create a blinn or phong material and look at the material attributes for the Diffuse(on all materials)...and the Eccentricity in the Specualar Shadding attributes (attribute editor)
in this tut he just mapped a texture to the diffuse and the eccentricity
Read Leighs great tutorial about all those nice material attributes - sometimes they are called different, but in the end it's all the same. ;)

Diffuse tells how much of the object´s color will be seen. A low diffuse will make the object absort much light, instead of reflecting it.
