A human male climbs frantically to a hidden location on a botanically and nature overgrown future Earth as the ominous devices arrive again to take us.

Just playing around with some ideas - quite a dark vision for me I guess, but I quite like it. :)

About 15 hours painting time.

definitely something different from your previous stuff. what i really like aren't necessarily the nicely worked out foreground elements... it's more the background stuff and how well it works there on the horizon. very nice depth. wonderful scale.

Just beautiful. Great atmosphere and storytelling.

It's dark indeed but also leaves me with some kind of hope, who knows what kind of haven could hide in that tree?

Fantastic job here! Love the colours, composition, atmosphere and concept!! Very "imagination-friendly" pic! Great sense of scale and space!! This picture has a lot of creativity in it. Wonderful background!
