well, I never meant this piece to get so outta hand! But it's always nice when a piece you don't care so much about turns out to be, well, something you care about;)
The meaning is open to interpretation, I'd love to hear what you guys think of it. Thanks for lookin'!

Done in photoshop and painter, about 8 hrs.. I used many custom shapes and brushes, but had the help of a few photographs for all the lights!:)

Fantastic vision, it seems a dream.
I see a city built on the fire ... or even consumed by it ...
Could remember the capital of Harkonnen on "Giedi first" or "Blade Runner"
But this painting and more beautiful!

I love the futurist environment you built. The immense cenary and the hot tone shoud feature a city grewt in times of raw material collection from space exploration, by societys of massive industry.

Shiny!! I love the energy effects. The composition works very well here and is accentuated nicely by the atmospheric perspective. Good stuff man! :D
