A friend of mine is having some trouble with the batch render (surprise, surprise) in Maya 2008 and is rendering with Mental Ray. Here is what he said, "have you ever had trouble with batch rendering in maya? basically related to a seperate maya icon pops up in my dock when I batch render and it prevents me from opening another project." I've had issues with batch render before but I've never seen this issue. I was hoping to get some thoughts/possible solutions on what you think the problem may be. Thanks in advance!
