I am doing a logo animation, have scene motion blur and rendered out motion vector pass. Now what to do with it inside AfterEffect? sure the green-ish sequenced psd looks cool, but initial fondering with CC Motion blur with that layer doesn't turn out anything useful.... it only blur the outside border and not the objects itself... Please help..

I believe you need to use ReelSmart Motion blur to take advantage of the Motion Vector Pass:

thanks, the CC MB is useless, as I found out. And thanks for pointing to ReelSmart. Got it, rendered and it's all fine now.
