I might be blind, but I can't find this in the manual...

Is there the possibility to load a Cloth Properties Preset through mxs?

doesn't look like you can - but it does look like you can access all of the properties... you could save/load your own properties files (e.g. an ini file) that way. Slight disconnect from the max UI, though
