It looks more like something Nintendo would design... just does not look like Sony style.

sony is tryint to make their new systems look more like entertainment centers, like a dvd player or vcr etc. So that people can buy them not just as a console, but also a cd player/dvd player and place them with their other things and not look out of place

No they're two USB Ports, the 4 controller ports are above it, all nice and compact.

Just realized no memory card slots !!!

The design is inspired from 2 sony products, one is the VAIO desktop, which is a very similar shape, the other is one of their Clie Palmhelds.

So, its an interesting idea.

very nice indeed. I like the lcd screen. One more thing, make it darker like the lcd boards. its more gray than black. another cool idea is to have this glowing/flurescent buttons to see at night.

lol i just remembered, if it has an lcd it needs some inboard speakers as well. portable Dolby sorround haha...it would be more stereo i guess
