I am currently working on an animation project in 3ds max for school. Right now I am testing the F-18 landing scene, I am using mental ray with global illumination for the lighting settings.
I also had a question, I need an ocean to fill all that gray space, I have tried dreamscape but it wont work with mental ray and vue 6 lets you make a nice ocean however is there anyway to use my lighting settings in max and not vue 6 xstream because everytime i try to I just get a black render?
If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them, thanks.
