Title: Orc Maori
Name: nicolas collings
Country: Canada
Software: Photoshop, ZBrush
I did this model exclusively with zbrush and photoshop. I wanted to try a quick efficient way to see a sculpt model fully textured and lit. So basically i did a first polypaint pass on the model then mixed in photoshop different renders from zbrush.
here are a few aditionnal images which can help to see the process.

wow cool! and what an unusual way to make it..
Thats some of the best modelling in relation to hair strands.. I'd love to know how you modelled them! Nice work indeed - one crit, his mouth looks more like its full of combwebs than saliva.

Hey collings, awesome work. Has a nice refined look to it.
It's cool to see that by screengrabing reatime Zbrush shaders/passes and some compositiong work, production-quality look can be achieved. Without GI, raytracing, expensive skin shaders and stuff :)
What I don't like is his bulky traps muscles. I understand some proportions should be exaggerated when dealing with orcs and stuff. However, by reshaping traps near area where they connect with back of the skull/toning down a bit some neck curve would become visible, making pose easier to read and resulting in stronger silouette
