Um....hi!

This shows a lot of potential, but still needs a LOT of work.
First and foremost, his head looks like a keyhole in a door...

The beard looks like poorly drawn nails sticking into or out of his face...I can't quite tell for sure, because this is so scribbly and sketchy...

He doesn't look Nervous at all.
You really need to practice your facial expression rendering...

You may even want to play with Artnatomy online (http://www.artnatomia.net/uk/artnatomy.html), which will acquaint you with the muscles of the face, and how they affect expressions...

You also need to REALLY work on your basic anatomy drawing. It's pretty crude.

If this is just a doodle that you've made with no real thought or intent behind it, you may want to post such works in the Speedpaints and Sketchbooks forum (http://forums.cgsociety.org/forumdisplay.php?f=271). The WIPs/Critiques forum is for developing works, rather than just sharing...
