Hi, guys. This is one of the characters in a new game opening trailer using MAYA, Polygons and Mental Ray. It took 40 days from the very beginning to finish it.
The game is about pirates in Middle Age who travels around the world regardless of civil rules, laws and other constraints. Magic Animation Studio will do every effort to offer a visual banquet to game players. Hope you guys like it.

I just realized what PotC means.
Actually, it has no connection with the famous PotC. This is just character design for a game which is still under test.
BTW, personally, I am a huge fan of PotC.

I think you will get that question alot with the tentacle guy in there. Might be wise to change him into something else.. but that's me.. :)
Your main character, the guy in the middle, looks like someone but I can't pin it down.
I'm not a character modeller so I'm not the best to ask, but to me your modelling looks good. Perhaps you should try some more vivid colours if that's going to be the front picture. It's a tad washed out and posters and such should be able to catch your eye from a distance. So, some more contrast in there. Just a suggestion.
