Nice to have ya around deathbard (BTW nice happy name youve got there :p ). Its alot more fun than it looks and you get loads of really useful feedback. Enjoy!!

After thinking about what sells games and what characters become icons I have come to the conclusion that you either need a cool character or a sexy babe. Both of these seem to sell games(games like mario sell on fun factor and name more than the actual chars themself).
I've decided to try and go with option 2 :rolleyes: .


The story :

The gameworld is set in a dark fantasy setting, more a dark medieval word then high fantasy. You play Ellisaine, the daughter of a wealthy noble. Ellisaine's father has many enemies of rival houses and other factions. One such an enemy has hired a group of assasins to assasinate both him and his family.
The mansion is well protected by both soldiers and 2 magus guard, but both these obstacles are easily overcome by the not so stealty assasins who just barge in and kill everyone with strength that no mortal can posses.
Once they find the family they quickly dispatch of the royal guard and kill all except Ellisaine and her sister Murianne. Both are taken by the pale skinned assasins...
So this is where the story begins. Ellisaine is brought into service of a huge castle household. She soon discovers something is amiss, strange things are happening, servants disappear and Ellisaine is bent on discovering the truth....that and revenge.

Thus Elissaine's quest is to uncover the truth about that fatal night, find her sister and extract vengeance on her family's assasins.
She soon discovers that to do these things, she will need to become like the rulers of the castle...for they are not mortal....

This is the first sketch. I kinda wanted a royal/noble look from the char. I think I will be covering her breasts in the end(no need to get your game rated 18:surprised ). At first I wanted her to be some sort of temptress, someone who would do anything to achieve her goals. Looking at the char now she looks a little too 'good girl' for that.
Btw these were quickly drawns from reference, I know someone will bring it up, they always do...The titties were that big...really they were...

Haha yea I'm nicer than it sounds, this has just been my name like forever so it has grown on me...
