its nice ! Maybe in a cene this looks more real... and a think the apples don't have so much gloss. But its very good man !

very realistic! I think the apples are just perfect. The only crit I have is the ground plane - it looks a bit splotchy - some render settings I suppose... Anyway - very nice!

I agree, this is nice! The splotchiness needs work, and IMO it would be much more interesting in an environment.

Yes I agree with the darker spots.
The spots are coming from my HDRI map, but I had no other for this scene.

Can you blur the HDRI? You have no sharp reflections so it shouldn't have any adverse effect there. It normally helps calm things down when I do it in C4D.

Nice apples!, i like the way they shine even if it's too shiny, it has a more idealistic look, like in commercials.
But the scene is empty, and the composition is a bit disturbing, i get the feeling that the apples are falling out to the right bottom of the screen. You need to solve the spots and find a better point of view. :) ( you could take an apple out , and put it next to the basket or what ever its is called. hmm ... sorry just thinking :D )
