Hello everyone !
Can anyone point me a direction on getting this kind of animation?

http://www.istockphoto.com/file_closeup/architecture-and-buildings/6536611-construction-plans.php?id=6536611

Do you think its some kind of plugiin like GROW plugin for 3ds max, or just normal geometry keyframed animated?
Or is it particle driven animation?

Thanks!

Looks like good old fashioned keys. I'm sure there some drivens and rigging going on as well, but could be done the "old fashioned" way. ;)

Seems like he/ she prebuilt it and then found how it all folded up, then probably had 2 or 3 models be it first model, middle model and then final product and hit those in the sequence with good old fashion keys.
