i think you should put more realistic work into your demo reel,it's look too simple,not enought detailled,try do do more complex object,i dont think that recruiter want to see redbull can for a modeler,rather show complex sets,background,character with a lot of realistic details.

Thank you for advice, now i havent more complex model to put in my demoreel but i'll remember for my next projects

You have some nice work on there, but I agree with Jonmike. You should get rid of the redbull can altogether, as well as the chair. The stuff that comes after it is a lot better. If you could make a shark or a futuristic caravan, I know you could make a redbull can or a chair, so you don't need to put it in there. Try to cut the reel down to around 1 min, 30 seconds.
