Hi there,

it looks like the C4D community was caught by the car modeling virus... so i'm also thinking of modeling one sooner or later.
I was just wondering what's the reason for this sudden car modeling fever.
Can you tell me which new tools in V8 make it so good for car modeling?

The reason? Many. Sebek27 once said he thought C4D didn't have any tool to make a good car, i filled up the thread with a ton of C4D cars :D KevinA made a lil tut in that thread so i thought "i can model one, why not?", i made my Lamborghini Murcielago, a lot of people liked it and the fever started :)

R8 tools that are perfect for car modeling? Plenty. Edge tools, HN weighting...

Why I made cars? I simply needed to. And yes, the Cinema toolset is very good.:)
