I saw a movie a few days ago that was shot at Malibu or wherever at the beach in a fancy house and it was just sooo inspireing! I also made a night shot of this scene but didnt really want to waste place on the forum so if you care you can check it at my portfolio!

thank you for watching and as always I ask you to leave feedback if you have the time and feel like it so I know what you think!

thanks again!

Mate, love the colours, love everything!

Could you share a wireframe and some details about the lighting settings?

Well done!

hello there! thank you for all the positive feedback!

the lightning setup? mmm its really nothing special: i put vray light planes just outside of the windows. they are a bit smaller than the size of the window frames so the shadows they cast will be a bit sharper! they are also facing a little bit downish! so they are not 100 percent vertical.

after setting this up (environmental lightnig is overriden with a black color in the vray settings!) i put in a vray sun...really no big deal!

ooo and im using reinhard color mapping with the burn level adjusted!

im guessing the "magic" is done in photoshop...

thank you for watching!
