The head is beautiful and i love the idea. good job!

There's two things that irk me however...

umm her butt's kinda flat.. and also the semi transparent line that runs across her lower limits... is that a cloud? maybe you could feather that a little?

looks like the wings are just textured planes sticked into the back.. u should fix that, maybe poly the wings/feathers.

Ummm... she looks dead to me. I would relax the body a bit more to make it look like she's more comfortable and a sleep.

Looking at the shadow from the wings, it seems a little harsh. I would try to soften the edges of it a bit.
