finaly after 3 weeks of production we finish this character animation job.
4 people worked on it :
I:3D modeling,Shading & character setup (MAYA)
Habbib : BG design & art director
Gassan : Studio Maneger & Compositing (AfterFX)

i'll add some playblast ..
i used MAYA 4.03 default render .. but with some complex shading networks.
why u cannt download the avi ?

its not the TVC .. only the 3D parts .. so i understand that u thought its eye candy;)

A few complaints:
His arms are very stiff allot of the time in your animation. It's at it's worst in the soocer section. You need to soften him up a bit more.
Watch those elbows! You have the arm bending at wierd angels on this character, like when he puts his arm down from the wave on the snowmobile. It looked painfull how he grabbed it.
Also I noticed allot of joint popping. May be something to look out for next time araound.

the good news is that i know about those problems..
bad news .. it was my first complete character setup ..
i'll make sure next time to fix elbos problem.

very nice portfolio :eek: .. u have very good experince in character animation .. and seeing that, makes me working more.
i wonder what setup u r using, what softwares .. and how much time it takes from u to animate character ?
after finishing the Qatar exersise, i have more questions than before on how things should be done :)
