The items you mention are all plugins for unlimited.
You could buy instead..
Shave and Hair cut, Arete DNT for fluids and Syflex for cloth and I think actually spend less than buying Unlimited an dget some pretty darn good tools.
Depending on what you need you may beable to approximate some of these effects in complete but probably not to th edegree you are looking for.

thanks for the help people i am getting myself really confused i was and am a cinema 4d user but have someone who will fund me buying maya to work for them so i am trying to figure if it is worth it ....
