Hey Everybody,
I was watching the demo for SEGA's Animanium and it looks like pretty impressive stuff!!
My question is, how exactly does it work. They seem to grab a control, drag it from place to place, hit play and it basically replicates the animation that he/she was dragging. :surprised
Is this true?? Is that really how it works? I know its not released yet, but if anybody has any clue on exactly what it'll consist of and what seperates it from other animation packages, please let us know!!!
I also noticed it has the same or a similar feature as MotionBuilder. Where you grab a hand for instance and pull it and the rest of the body reacts accordinly. Whats this all about and do you think Maya will start implementing these types of things??
Look forward to your responses.
Also, I wasn't sure if this belonged here or under rigging, so please forgive me if I put it in the wrong place.
later :wavey:
