View Full Version : Quadruped Rig Issues

Hello there Im new to this community, not new to 3D thogh. Recently using Lightwave, but I wanted to extend my abbilities and knowledge, so I decided to master XSI as well. Im a rigger and animator so I mainly focused on theese aspects. So far so good, but suddenly I found something pretty strange using quadruped rig feature. so here we go: creating basic quadruped rig from guides, when I set any rear leg at very high position towards the body the femur bone called "BLFemur" or "BRFemur" tend to rotate not only normally to preserve IK intact, but also around its own axis(I believe local.rotX). What can I do to limit this rotation or preserve it completly?
