Look closer. There is enough documentation for BVH out there already. Just search for "bvh file format"

i searched very much in internet but nowhere writed that the rotations in this file is what kind of rotation and what i exactly write in this file
i think that this file is lockally and parend depend but i dont know how exactly

My first post was much in the same vein, but I realized he was talking about the linked site, not CGTalk, so I edited it.
If you don't understand the BVH file, then the problem won't be solved by explanation of BVH but explanation of rotations more generally. Do you understand Euler angles, quaternions, transformation matrices, and all of that?
