I am working on a .psd file in corel painter. the original size was 37mb. I did a "save as" checked UNCOMPRESSED and continued to work on it saving often.
The file size remained at about 37mb. I closed the application...got working on other things...then when I went to open the file again, it had shrunken down to 18mb. WHY???? I cannot figure out why this happened for the life of me.
This did not only happen this one time, it has happened several times. Why is it compressing the file all on its own? I swear there is an evil ghost hiding in Corel Painter X.
Please, for the love of God, help me. Thank you.
