I'm talking about the little spots on the neck.

I have 4 lights in the scene, and one of them has shadows. Anyone have this problem before and know how to solve it?

Are you using CPS or poly proxy? If so make sure cast shadows is disabled on the base mesh or put it in a layer with visibilty off.
