technically very good! Nice modeling a flawless light setup.
However - personally I think the subject is getting boring. These V-ray interior renders look so the same. The same kind of carpets, same kind of sofas and chairs etc. The same goes for renders of bathrooms and kitchens. I would like to see some variations and bold ideas. Just a personal thought.

Thanks for comments guys, yes i know sometimes it"s get boring to watch Vray interior scenes...
but it"s ART as well, and i spent lots of time in photoshop bringing that realistic look with 15 passes.
I"ll sure try some more interesting "bold ideas" in a time, which i have so little...
Cheers

I'm with these guys. The execution is perfect, but the subject could be a bit more interesting. It's nice to see a more cluttered interior (like where I'd live) than something 100% minimalistic. One thing I noticed is there are no baseboards, I guess maybe your apt doesn't have them but I think it'd add to the realism and break up the walls a bit.
Also, I'd lose the shag carpet, I haven't ever seen one of those in a real home.
I know this sounds like way more crit then props, but the lighting is perfect and so are the mats, good job on this one.

Citizen-Insane: well i do have baseboards they just very thin...about the carpet,
I have 3 of them: 1 in salon, 1 in bedroom , 1 in bathroom...heheh
it"s very popular in Europe.
thanks for the comments though...

Yes, of course, you are right. After looking again, I see them. As for the carpet, I guess I just don't understand since I'm a Yank :)

Nice and realistic.. I am not convinced with floor color and white umbrella but over all it has very nice feel to it.
