I suggest that you use a chamfer box and then bend it how you need it for just a mattress. The rest do with textures and bump maping for stitches and what not. If you want buttons you then can change it to an editable mesh, turn up your segments, lower some vertexes and and ur buttons. HOpe this helped :) :buttrock:
