This looks really good, the girl is beautiful, the environment is beautiful and the lighting is beautiful. Only critics will be that the shaders looks too plastic, and that the background picture should have a higher level of DoF. (As already mentioned)

The necklace she hold in hand is birthday gift she gave to me 10 years before.
It's very important to me,because it's my first time receive present from a girl.
And Sarah likes AegeanSea very much,so i choose there as background.
I promised she that i'll give her an artwork as birthday gift every year.
