Tracking Markers

Since you will have to roto out the head area because of the ceiling, why not take the opportunity to paint out the markers? You will not get to good a key from the screens, anyways, so in the end it won't probably matter much at which point you do the cleanup...

Garbage mask the lower part and lumakey the markers. Substract the resulting matte from the blue key.
If you go for a roto approach, don't roto the legs, but the markers using substract masks and use a chroma key on the blue screen.
