can you post a video for us to see? kinda hard to help w/ out seeing it.
but, off the top of my head, make sure the object is in the same location [look at the X,Y,Z coordinates] and make sure you don't render the last frame of animation. the tiny jump might be from the 1st and last key being the same, when in fact, you should animate to the 2nd last frame.
Yup, i m a bit confuis too...the better way u upload the video then easy to get it, right?!
U loop at 24 or 25?! Try loop at 23 can ?!
Anyway, just my personal idea, sorry if its can't help u...

I find it works best if you don't render the last frame of the animation too.

try checking the tangents on all the curves at the beginning and end of the animation. you can set the graph editor to view infintie curves, change all objects to loop and this will let you see how the tangents are working more easily.

and if it is not a perfect loop....you will find out by looking in the graph editor with view infinity and cycle on.....just copy first keyframe to the last keyframe.....double check the tangencies
