Actually I got a photo reference and I am using 8b pencil n not using charcoal , I am trying to create some own feeling in to the pencil art sketching.

:applause: I've never seen anyone use pencil like that probably because most people I know are afraid of soft leads but this is really good. I hope you are using a good fixative cause it would be a shame to lose them. You've got a very unusual and interesting style here - my favourites are the first two.

Hmmmm, I don't understand you... It's ended works... But you post them in WIP section...

You see, Your works are incredible, I think they must be awarded... But awards are given only in Gallery finished works section! I don't know... Maybe you don't wont them but many people don’t saw them from that reason!

Reminds me of stuff I've seen in National Geographic Magazine... very similar style, and spot on technique! I'd like to see some colour work, even if you only took your graphite pieces and tinted them in the computer... I'll go look at your website now, maybe you have something there. All said, lovely work.

Gotham makes a real good point just a few posts above me... why are you posting this stuff here in w.i.p.? Are these w.i.p.'s? Is there any useage of the computer at all? And also, they don't seem to be connected to each other... you might want to review the rules on posting before you continue.

It's sort of depressing to see work like this (rare as it is) and realize that you will *never* achieve a comparable level of artistic skill. I think some people are just born with more artistic potential that 99.999% of the rest of the population (unfortunately, I'm part of the majority;)). As far as my untrained eye can tell, these are absolutely incredible "sketches".:eek:

THESE ARE AMAZING! I love the Buddhist monk ones, these images are perfect for sketching. Did you go on location to sketch these or photo reference? I would love to go to Tibet at some point in my life and sketch, seems like the pinnicle of serene expiriences. Just have to get your skillz 1st!:thumbsup:
