CGTalk - Camera and 3D problem

Once I set up camera and make the animation. When I import a pic inside it and click the 3D mode, everytime the image will be distorted rather than the position in 2D mode. Is there any ways to avoid this?

Menu --> Layer --> Transform --> Auto-Orient
