Hey guys,

I was just wondering if you can get maya blend shapes to compound.

eg - if i have a blendshape which affects a vertice, can i have another blendshape ontop of that affecting the same vertice which adds to the value, not replace it?

Absolutely. That's the way that Maya's blendshapes work by default. Just make sure you have a different mesh for each blend shape and it should work when you apply the blendshapes on them.
