In the last challange I didnt even get bast my idea stage and on to the concept stage, I blame school (my animation in my sig), but you can also blame my lazy ass.

But now its summer and I have time!!!

Imagine this,
A big city, you with minor superhuman powers, you have the whole city to develope into a real super hero, fighting for good or evil, its all up to you.

So basicly its gta3 + the failed matrix game + black&white + marvel = THE PATH

The scene is one version of a super hero you can end up as.

I cant draw worth a damn, I dont have a scanner and my digicam is in england at the moment so there wont be any sketches untill later on. I have started modeling and will post what I have so far later today.

Good luck everyone:wavey:

Hey thatīs a really great idea for a game! When I saw the matrix game I felt dissapointed too, GTA would be much better engine/environment/play mode for the matrix universe, stealing cars, jumping from building to building... there would be only to add a "bullet time" and the perfect game is done. When I tell this idea to my friends they laugh at me and throw me peanuts.
Happy to know there is another one who thinks like me.

Great modeling so far, love the head, and the body seems well proportioned, are you going to do a swollen muscles superhero or a more athletic one?

Pancreas,
oh yeah :P that matrix game surely was horrible, I spent about 5 minutes playing, but I realy liked the bullet time and how you fight, rest was pretty darn bad:scream:

he is going to end up more athletic than muscular, and then I'm going to model a mask over his face, dont know why I went so far with the head, just got a bit carried away;)

trying to fit the thing together, something is extremely wrong with the proportions but I cant see it:wip:

Could anyone give me some advice?

Hey hexodam..............I don't seee anything wrong with the proportions. If he was a toon or realistic toon like my Frumpy jowls it would not matter. But your's is more realistic,so proper propotions mean more here.Perhaps the mid torso could be elongated just a touch,a tiny touch, that's it,not much at all.

Looking good thus far, keep going,I'll try and suggest what I can as you progress, but for now that's it.The foundation is good.

By the way the boots look clean.nice work.Keep going,it's coming along.

Virtuoso,

this is actually my third human head and my first human body:bounce: before all I did was cartoony characters, and only three of them:P

heya! still talking about proportions...
if you're talking about superheroes you could make the proportions a bit more "heroic" ;)

see this thread (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=59223&highlight=heroic) for example!
