Very well done.

Maybe you could make some more detail in her hair.

Her clothes are very realistic. Great piece.

...and getting pretty close to Hellraiser style! The clothing could use a lot more detailing, there are no threads evident and few seams. Reference Hellraiser: Bloodlines for some examples.

I think it already says all that in the word, "Copyright"? Also, claiming a Poser figure as your own work might violate OTHER people's copyrights, so you might want to check into that.
