Looks like he just mapped the "center cap" from the rim model with an image. I don't think the logo is modeled. If you wanted to do an embossed version, you could either make it from splines, then chamfer. Poly model it, or if you have a copy of Rhino, nurbs model it.:beer:

Agreed. Looks like he's using NURBS, so even if he did model it, that would be a piece of cake.
It definatly looks mapped, though. I could be wrong.
You could get the same effect using max's NURBS. It's a fairly simple logo. Plus, it's only on a sphere-segment, so it would'nt bring into play any of Max's NURBS problems.
