I am trying to learn some painting. I work as a 3d guy but do a little 2d on the side. i like the shape but I wish I could get the light to look more...like the big boys (Dusso, cm). any ideas..

Love the neck details!:thumbsup: As far as lighting goes.... Well, I'm no master, but I'm thinking you might wanna have the lighting on the bot consistent with the lighting in the background. Or make the bot lighting much more contrasting (more red?) with the bkground... and infer a secondary light source that's off-camera.
Hope that gives you something worthwhile to consider?

Ahh yea..thats nice thing about photoshop..it is eas to mess w/ color..i will keep playing w/ it
