Here is a jump that I am working on. I just spent a couple of hours on it and was wondering what you guys thought of it. I'm still going to fix some of the secondary actions, and fix some things with the spine and hands.
Thanks, let me know what you guys think.

It looks nice but there are couple things missing. For a jump of this strength and power you will need to add a lot of momentum or anticipation in order to justify the rest of the movement(maybe have him running or give it 6-7 frames at the begging before or/and after he goes into the squash pose). Also the squash and stretch seems a bit weak now especially the stretch pose when he lands. Thats all, hope this help.

I agree the stretch pose when he lands needs to be pushed a bit more. As for the land i think because of the speed he is traveling at maybe add a roll before your landing pose.
Just my thoughts

Thanks guys for the advice. I took some of your suggestions. I am also playing with a few camera angles.
Here is the update

Nice its looking much better. I love the first camera angle mostly but you still need to add anticipation to the run. Have him still and then maybe give it 5-6 frames of anticipation or gaining momentum before he starts running.
The landing is looking very good but the second camera angle is focusing more on the run and from that camera you can definitely look that the run can be pushed a lot more. Also you need to keep the character in frame.
Maybe try experimenting with 2 different camera angles e.g. have the second camera angle for the run and as soon as he jumps switch to the first or third camera angle.
If you could upload this in quicktime or another player that we can frame by frame it then you would get a lot more detailed criticism. Anyway good job so far.
PS the landing is looking much better now.

OK, thanks for the help. I just updated again. I changed some things with the push off of the building, and with the initial push. I uploaded the QT file for you all to take a look at, too.
Here is the clip.
