Nice work.

It's very middle-toned though.

Have you thought about pushing the saturation of the colors used in your center of interest? Which I assume is the cathedral...
It might work to draw the eye in a bit more.

Also, a few more grandiose clouds backlit by sunlight might punch up the contrast between the cool blues of the sky and the warmer earthtones of the city street.
