Title: Wild Pixie
Name: Karice Martin
Country: USA
Software: Photoshop, Poser
I usually don't do fairies pictures but this had been stuck in my head for weeks before I finally sat down to work on it. I think this is one of the prettiest characters I have created. I wanted to make her look a bit playful and flirty. The character was created in Poser and the rest was painted in Photoshop. I hope you like it.

The character was created in Poser
Was it?
Your paintwork is nice, but the rock is far too smooth, somehow doesn't match the feel of the rest. I'm curious why you didn't just paint the fairy as well? Seems like you've got plenty of painting skills to do so!

Thank you very much for the critique. I've actually started painting just recently. Painting the human form is something that I am still working on and I don't want to post anything until I feel it is good enough. But I really do appreciate the comment.

Nice concept. Maybe its the hairstyle, but the character reminds me of Cher, circa Moonstruck.
On a critical note, the way the legs are bending at the waist is just completely bizarre. It's not you, though, it's Poser. I haven't worked with it since V4, but I remember how frustrating it was trying to fix those kinds of oddities.

LOL...Now that I look at her, she does look a bit like Cher :o)
Thanks for the compliment. I do agree about the leg bend. I kept picking at the pose and her leg morphs. But no matter what I did, I could not get rid of it. But I appreciate the critique.
Thanks a bunch :o)
