Guys,

Not too sure if this is my place to say this, but you need to remember
that this is a WIP Animation forum, not a storyboard and concept
art forum.

If you have actual animation that you would like some C&C on, then
by all means post away. But flooding the forum with QANTM Game
Cinematic threads is not going to get you much input around here.

I read that one of you said your teacher made you start a blog?
Well maybe set up an actual blog using blogspot, etc, and keep
all your notes and progress in it. Post up WIP Animations here and
we will all help you :)

This is not meant to be a rant against you guys, it's just that it's
very frustrating to log in, and find a whole page of new threads all
entitled "Game Cinematic", and finding none them containing actual
animation to critic.

Lewis

Hi Lewis. Yup, our teacher made us do this. I suggested other venues so we wouldn't flood the forum here (our college actually has its own forums), but he wanted us to benefit from the wisdom of the regulars at CG Talk, so here we are. A couple of us were upset about this, because we were already using CG Talk, and now the whole class has access to our secret weapon :/

There *will* be animation to crit over the next ten weeks as we work on these projects, and hopefully it will be interesting to see them evolve from rough sketches into finished works. However, I understand your frustration, and I'll do my best to make sure I put up at least one test-animation every time I post from now on :)

Hehe, our teacher must have seen this thread - he's asked us to move to Blogspot. I'll be back when I have some animation to share though.
