Ahh..what fantastic news! I think this stylish game would make a great film.

I always approach the announcement of really cool games being converted into film with a blend of excitement and well founded apprehension.

I hope this does well.

dmc had some cool devices, and visuals...least the effects for the movie should be cool...

This is the game where a lame "I let my fists and bullets do the talking" matrix-style, perfect in everyway, "possesed" japanese Archetype of a hero bloke with a sword and a gun commits silent genocide amongst the demon population, right?

Oh yeah! Sounds like a hit right of the bat!

hey, they got RE into a movie didn't they? That game consisted of nothing but walking through hallways and shooting.

Lack of a great story? Yes.
Boring? Absolutely not.

The action was what made that game so fun. Now DMC2, I haven't played it, but I hadn't heard good things about it. :shrug:

you cant make a movie from a game that you already made a disappointing sequel to :thumbsdow
