View Full Version : Lost Brush Selector Bar

I feel like a complete noob for having to ask this but... my brush selector bar seems to have vanished and I can't get it to come back through the window options. Is there a shortcut or something I can hit to bring it back? Thanks in advance.

Try this:

Window > Arrange Palettes > Default

That should set the palettes back to the arrangement present when the program was installed.

My Brush Selector bar sometimes vanishes after I've been in the Brush Creator. In the Windows menu I select Hide Brush Selector, then Show Brush Selector again which brings it back.

It's a bug in Painter X. I have it happen constantly.

The only problem with resetting your palettes, is if you have a custom layout, so if you do, make sure to SAVE IT as your custom palette, and then you can reload that specific palette arrangement. (Do save it before you lose the brush bar, tho'!)
