The model is okay. I suggest you get some good references and tweak it a bit. Also, you need to get some textures on him and use something other than what appears to be default lighting.

Well, a critique would depend on what style you are going for - realistic, or cartoon-like?
I have a realistic attempt you can look at - the link is in my sig below.

thank u guys,
Zytrex, I will try to set lighting in the sence, I can not always use default lighting. BTW,i am very weak on lighting technic. but i will try and practice. like I practice modeling skill. thank u..
betelgeuse, I really appreciate because u are always reply my thread. so nice of u. :)thank u for the skull poster. it is great. i love it !!so cool........compare to your model, I am so shame on mine:(
how long took u to model the skull? and how long took u to do the texture? thank u:)
my skull kind of cartoony since i gave him a hat......................

the skull looks neat, but
the hat looks like you just put 1 minute in to make it...

can you make a GI render?
and wire would be helpful

I think it looks quite good for a stylized skull. It could use an equally stylized skeleton body. You might consider seperating the mandible from the rest of the skull, though.

My skull took about a week to do spread out over a couple of months. I tend to get bored working on the same thing, so I invariably start working with something else for a while.
